Process outbound and inbound calls to customers with a high standard of professionalism
Provide customers the information needed about the client’s products or services
Identify, research, and provide solutions to customers
Input necessary details in the system for future references
Prior experience in outbound calling is an advantage, but not required
Strong computer and web navigation skills
Ability to handle high volume of calls, and can work under pressure
Great verbal and written English communication skills
Salary offer will be assessed during the interview. We also base it on the skills and experience of the candidates.
This opportunity is open for full-time and part-time applicants. The working shifts will be from 9pm-6am for full-time agents and 9pm-1am for part-time agents. Contact Center Representatives are entitled to all the benefits Guts BPO offers.
