HR AND FINANCE OFFICERS

Job Description

  • Process payroll and timekeeping of the client's employees

  • Works on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and closing monthly books

  • Prepares monthly financial reports and analysis

  • Manage employee benefits and rewards system

  • Responsible for updating HR policies, labor laws, and ethical practices

  • Administer retention programs to keep the client's most valuable assets - employees

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or any related field

  • Proven experience in providing detailed bookkeeping entries

  • A model of a well-disciplined and responsible individual

  • Acquires a high-level of cognitive skills 

  • Can adapt foreign cultures to keep track on labor laws and practices

  • Great verbal and written English communication skills

Salary offer will be assessed during the interview. We also base it on the skills and experience of the candidates.

This opportunity is a full-time job. HR and Finance Officers at Guts BPO will be assigned to their respective clients. They will be working remotely on weekdays, 7am-4pm. They have options to work from home, but we recommend them to work in the office for the first few months. Clients are also entitled to decide on this matter. HR and Finance Officers are entitled to all the benefits Guts BPO offers.
